This family-centered class will introduce you to simple and joyful ways to experience yoga as a family. Come enjoy hatha yoga, kirtan (a yogic “sing-a-long”), story yoga, and other simple practices to help you smile and relax in the middle of busy family life. $15 suggested donation. Larger families are encouraged to donate more if able.

The family program is from 10:30 – 11:15 a.m. A meditation practice for parents is available from 11:15 – 11:45 a.m. In general, one parent stays for the meditation while the other stays with the child(ren). Sometimes we have volunteers to help with the children, and parents are welcome to take turns helping with each others’ kids (so that more parents can meditate!).
