The Medicine Buddha practice has been practiced in Shambhava Yoga® ashrams and centers for over twenty years. It is a favorite because of its subtle healing power and sweetness; hence it is also referred to as The Drop of Ambrosia.
This beautiful mantra practice is a means of inviting healing (of body, mind, and spirit) for ourselves and those dear to us.
All ages welcome. For Kids, Teens, Moms, Dads, Aunts, Uncles, and Grandparents!
This family-centered class will introduce you to simple and joyful ways to experience yoga as a family. Come enjoy chanting, story yoga, and other simple practices to help you smile and relax in the middle of busy family life. Donations are welcome
The family program is from 10:30 – 11:15 a.m. followed by a potluck or short walk to a neighborhood restaurant.
