We have practiced this healing chant in our school for over twenty years. It has become one of the favorites because of the subtle healing power and the sweetness; hence it is also referred to as The Drop of Ambrosia.
Please RSVP if attending at 789-3548.
This class includes chanting (mantra practice) and guided meditation practice. Beginner friendly. Practices are reflective of the Shambhava tradition.

Yoga for Families of All Ages and Stages! All ages welcome. For Kids, Teens, Moms, Dads, Aunts, Uncles, and Grandparents!
This family-centered class will introduce you to simple and joyful ways to experience yoga as a family. Come enjoy hatha yoga, kirtan (a yogic “sing-a-long”), story yoga, and other simple practices to help you smile and relax in the middle of busy family life. $15 suggested donation. Larger families are encouraged to donate more if able.
The family program is from 10:30 – 11:15 a.m. A meditation practice for parents is available from 11:15 – 11:45 a.m. In general, one parent stays for the meditation while the other stays with the child(ren). Sometimes we have volunteers to help with the children, and parents are welcome to take turns helping with each others’ kids (so that more parents can meditate!).
Followed by snacks and fun on the playground.

Experience the profound benefits of practicing this beautiful chant from the Kashmir Shaivite tradition. The Guru Gita, or Song to the Guru, is a 182 verse mantra which honors the Inner Self that resides in the heart of all beings. Connecting to the Inner Self is the highest goal of yoga practice.
“Sangha” is spiritual community.
This page includes a description of many of the spiritual practices that are practiced regularly by Shambhava Yoga students.
These classes are all donation-based.
